There are two reasons why the reactor needs to reach a vacuum state:
1. Use a vacuum pump to extract material during discharge.
2. There should be no other gases such as oxygen present during the reaction process.
What should be done if the vacuum reactor cannot be evacuated during use? You can troubleshoot one by one according to the following methods:
1. There is solvent inside the container, which is limited by saturated vapor pressure.
2. The vacuum pump capacity has decreased.
3. Vacuum hose, loose joint, vacuum gauge leakage.
4. The instrument is used for pressure holding test. Without any solvent, all external valves and pipelines are closed and the pressure is held for one minute. The vacuum gauge pointer should not move, indicating good air tightness. Otherwise, see on the right.
5. There are debris inside the discharge valve and pressure control valve.
6. The glass is damaged.
Take countermeasures
1. Empty the solvent and conduct an empty bottle test.
2. Vacuum pump oil (water) change, cleaning and maintenance.
3. Inspect and eliminate each section along the vacuum pipeline.
4. ① Reinstall and clean the glass grinding mouth, apply vacuum silicone grease, align and tighten the flange mouth.
② Replace the failed sealing ring.
5. Cleaning.
6. Replace or repair.
