Li Bin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Liugang Group, pointed out in his speech that the "Xuantie" large model released this time is the core implementation result of Liugang's digital transformation strategy. Using Huawei Hybrid Cloud and Pangu Big Model as pre training bases, the focus is on the three core areas of "AI+people, AI+data, and AI+manufacturing" in steel production scenarios. Currently, a "20+N" scenario based model system covering six major links including "pre iron, steelmaking, rolling, logistics, environmental protection, and safety" has been constructed.

At the press conference, multiple leaders and guests jointly unveiled the plaque for the "Guangxi Liugang Artificial Intelligence Research and Innovation Center". The establishment of this center marks that Liugang Group will rely on the "Xuantie" large model base, open up core capabilities, and work together with ecological partners to create high-value industry scenarios. Among them, the intelligent molten iron transportation system relies on 5G technology to achieve the full process intelligence of molten iron transportation; In terms of intelligent steelmaking throughout the entire process, Liugang Group has deployed 33 AI models. By applying the steelmaking intelligent scheduling model, the collaborative ability of each process has been improved, and production efficiency has increased by 8.5%; By applying AI steelmaking models for converters and AI argon blowing models for steel ladles, product quality can be effectively improved, raw material consumption can be reduced, and the production cost of crude steel can be reduced by 5 yuan per ton.

In the intelligent refining scenario, through the integrated solution of "mechanism model+AI prediction+parameter optimization", steelmaking is promoted towards "autonomous driving", and the comprehensive cost per ton of steel is reduced by 2 yuan; In the scenario of intelligent board and billet assembly, AI algorithms optimize production plans, increase board yield by 1% to 2%, and automatically match more than 90% of contracts, effectively reducing inventory pressure.
