On March 27, 2026, the European Commission issued a notice making preliminary anti-dumping rulings on yarns of polyamide originating in China. The provisional anti-dumping tax rates for Fujian Eversun Jinjiang Co., Ltd., Fujian Jingfeng Technology Co., Ltd., Fujian Xinchuang Nylon Industrial Co., Ltd., Fujian Jinyi High Performance Material Co., Ltd., Fujian Hengshun Synthetic Fiber Technology Co., Ltd., and Fuzhou were all 57.7%. Fuzhou Liyuan Polyamide Industry Co., Ltd The temporary anti-dumping duty rates for Fujian Liheng Polyamide Industry Co., Ltd., Xinhui Dehua Nylon Chips Co., Ltd., and Nanchong Meihua Nylon Co., Ltd. are all 90.1%. The temporary anti-dumping duty rates for other cooperative enterprises (see the original link attachment) are 67.1%, and the temporary anti-dumping duty rates for other Chinese enterprises are 90.1%. The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes for the products involved are 5402 31 00, 5402 45 00, 5402 51 00, and 5402 61 00. The dumping investigation period of this case is from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2022 to the end of the dumping investigation period. The announcement shall take effect from the day after its publication.
Stakeholders should submit a hearing application within 5 natural days from the day after the announcement is released, and provide case review opinions within 15 natural days.
On July 29, 2025, the European Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation into polyamide yarn originating in China.
