The welding smoke purification system purifies the smoke and dust generated during welding, polishing, cutting, grinding, workpiece deburring, plasma cutting and other processes through filtration and purification methods, as well as equipment for collecting, absorbing and processing rare metals and valuable materials. The Haolong Environmental Welding Dust Purification Equipment mainly uses the HLC pulse filter cartridge dust collector. This system is a new type of filtration and dust removal device improved based on the Donaldson DEO dust collector in the United States. It overcomes the disadvantages of traditional dust collectors, such as uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air and large impact on the filter cartridge. Due to the new air intake method of this filter cartridge and the special flame-retardant design of the baffle, the service life of the filter cartridge has been extended and the operational stability of the equipment has been improved, which has been highly praised by users.

Technical principle:

  The HLC pulse filter cartridge dust collector consists of an air inlet, filter cartridge, air outlet, compressed air system, pulse control system, dust bin, etc.

After the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the inlet, the airflow velocity slows down, and coarse particles detach from the airflow and settle into the ash hopper. Fine dust particles are blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge when passing through it with the airflow, and clean gas is discharged through the outlet; When the dust layer on the surface of the filter is thick, the pulse controller sends a command to open the spray valve. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed out at high speed through the spray pipe, and at the same time, it induces surrounding air several times the amount of spray to enter the filter cartridge, and quickly shoots out from the inside out, blowing down the dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge and falling into the dust collection chamber. Finally, it is discharged from the ash hopper to the dust bucket
