The single tube multi valve RT0 is an integrated equipment for heating treatment, which uses valve diversion to divide the distribution chamber and heat storage layer into multiple sectors. Each sector is independently equipped with three valves: intake valve, exhaust valve, and purge valve. The functions of the intake sector, purge sector, and exhaust fan zone are switched by opening and closing the valves.

Technical principle:

The basic principle of single tube multi valve RTO is to oxidize organic waste gas (VOCs) into carbon dioxide and water under high temperature conditions (>760 ℃), thereby purifying the waste gas and recovering the heat released during decomposition, in order to achieve the dual purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection. It is an efficient and stable energy-saving and environmental protection device for treating organic waste gas. Incineration method is currently a common and effective VOCs treatment technology internationally, and RTO is a VOCs treatment device.

VOCs treatment efficiency is 99.5%, with overall welding and flange sealing, no dynamic sealing, and minimal gas leakage rate;

The floor area of RT0 is 40% less than that of box type, and the main structure of RT0 is vertically installed without horizontal installation parts;
