By integrating wireless communication technology and frequency conversion technology, and using industrial control computers, we systematically solve various needs such as heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat recovery in high-rise spaces. Suitable for building sites ranging from 5 to 30 meters high, it is a system solution with mature technology, simple implementation, flexible control, and high efficiency and energy saving. High rise space air conditioning is installed on the roof, and the cooling or heating of the air is achieved through the cold and heat exchangers inside the equipment. Then, efficient air distribution devices are used to evenly distribute the cold and hot air from top to bottom throughout the space, eliminating poor indoor temperature layers. By using a suction type axial flow fan, the heat accumulated on the roof can be effectively recovered under heating conditions, minimizing the heat loss through the roof and truly achieving energy-saving effects.

Remote jet forced circulation with uniform distribution

The HOLONE high-rise space heating and cooling unit is suspended on the roof, achieving rapid heating and uniform air mixing through the upper mixing box and its internal high-efficiency heat exchanger. The axial flow fan with high air pressure at the top of the equipment is used to force hot air downwards, which is sprayed out from the swirling air outlet below the equipment. The hot air is forcefully pushed towards the ground, causing a rapid increase in temperature in the working area.

Significant energy-saving effect

The traditional heating method mainly relies on natural convection for heat exchange, which causes hot air to accumulate at the top of buildings and has no effect on work areas below 2 meters. The gathered hot air will dissipate through the roof, causing energy waste.

The HOLONE series of high-rise space heating and cooling units use an external rotor axial flow fan for top-down air supply, which can recycle and send the "hot floating" heat to the ground. The air supply mode is a forced convection mode that can evenly distribute hot air inside the workshop without any temperature blind spots. And it has automatic temperature control function and single machine single control function, wireless control and frequency conversion control function, which can adjust the temperature of any area in the workshop by itself, with good flexibility and achieve unmanned control mode.

Control Technology

  The HOLONE high-rise space air conditioning control system has continuously integrated computer technology and communication technology into its promotion and application over the years. All equipment control is automatically completed by computers and control systems, using wireless communication technology to achieve single machine single control.
