Process principle:
The concentrated rotary catalytic combustion integrated machine adopts the process of "zeolite rotary adsorption concentration+desorption+catalytic oxidation combustion".
VOCs exhaust gas is filtered through a filter to remove paint mist, paint residue, etc. from the exhaust gas, in order to improve the service life of the wheel and reduce maintenance costs in the later stage. The zeolite molecular sieve adsorption and concentration wheel has a sealing system consisting of two parts: treatment and regeneration. The wheel rotates slowly to ensure a complete and continuous adsorption process. When the exhaust gas passes through the treatment zone, the components of the exhaust gas are adsorbed by the adsorbent in the impeller, and the exhaust gas is purified and discharged. The impeller gradually approaches adsorption saturation. At the same time, in the regeneration zone, high-temperature air passes through the adsorption saturated impeller, and the adsorbed exhaust gas is desorbed and carried away by the high-temperature air, thereby restoring the adsorption capacity of the impeller. The desorbed high-temperature gas enters the RCO oxidation device for oxidation treatment.
When the rotating adsorption wheel is in operation, the adsorption and desorption processes are continuously carried out, and the concentration fluctuation of the desorbed concentrated waste gas is small, avoiding the concentration fluctuation formed by the fixed adsorption bed during desorption, which is conducive to controlling the stable and safe operation of the entire system, and can ensure the stability of the output heat of the subsequent processing unit.
This process adopts zeolite molecular sieve adsorption purification, combined with hot air desorption regeneration. The concentrated VOC is treated by catalytic combustion to meet the requirements of standard emissions.
