The rotary regenerative incinerator, also known as rotary RTO, operates on the principle that organic waste gas enters the regenerative chamber through a rotary distribution valve for preheating, and then enters the oxidation chamber where it is heated to above 800 ℃ to oxidize and decompose the organic waste gas into CO2 and H2O; Thus purifying the exhaust gas and recovering the heat released during the decomposition of the exhaust gas, the efficiency of exhaust gas decomposition is as high as 99.5%, and the heat utilization efficiency reaches over 95%. The rotary RTO achieves relative independence between the furnace body and valves, while also being easy to install and maintain, with a compact structure and small footprint. The exhaust gas is alternately and uniformly introduced through a continuously operating rotary distribution valve, ensuring smooth airflow and small outlet fluctuation range. The 12 heat storage chambers work alternately, saving equipment energy consumption. Rotary RTO is an efficient organic waste gas treatment equipment independently developed and designed by our company based on the digestion and absorption of technology, adopting the approach of "introduction+accumulation+improvement+innovation".

Rotary RTO changes the position of the exhaust gas entering the ceramic through the rotation of the rotary valve, achieving alternating conversion between the heat storage zone and the heat release zone. The ceramic thermal storage body is divided into twelve zones, five inlet zones, five outlet zones, one blowing zone, and one isolation zone. Each thermal storage area undergoes a process of thermal storage, heat release, and blowing in sequence, repeating and working continuously.

Technical principle:

Organic waste gas is collected through a waste gas collection device, and VOCs waste gas is sent to the RTO system through a high-pressure fan for heating. After the temperature is raised, it undergoes high-temperature oxidation decomposition and is ultimately converted into harmless carbon dioxide and water. This device recovers and stores the heat energy from the high-temperature flue gas after combustion using a honeycomb ceramic thermal storage body, with a heat recovery rate of up to 95%. It is used for preheating exhaust gas, achieving the goal of environmental protection and energy conservation.

Equipped with a safety relief valve, if the combustion room temperature exceeds the set limit, the relief valve will open to ensure safe temperature operation;
The entire system adopts PLC fully automated control technology, which saves energy and effort, achieves unmanned control, automatic alarm, and is safe and reliable;
● Equipped with a venting port, if the pressure inside the furnace increases significantly, the venting port will automatically open to release pressure reasonably and ensure normal operation;
Multi level safety protection system ensures the safe and stable operation of the thermal storage incinerator equipment system;
