Overview

The system of activated carbon adsorption desorption+catalytic combustion device is to first pass the organic waste gas through dry filtration

Product Details

The activated carbon adsorption desorption+catalytic combustion device system first filters organic waste gas through dry filtration to remove particulate pollutants, and then enters the adsorption bed for adsorption. The honeycomb shaped activated carbon with a large specific surface area is used to adsorb organic solvents on the surface of the activated carbon, and the treated clean gas is discharged at high altitude through fans and chimneys. After a period of adsorption operation, activated carbon reaches saturation and starts the desorption catalytic combustion process of the system. The organic solvents that have already been adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon are desorbed through hot gas flow, and converted into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water vapor through catalytic combustion reaction, releasing heat. The heat generated by the reaction is reused in the desorption heating gas flow through the heat exchange part. When desorption reaches a certain degree, the heat release and desorption heating reach equilibrium, and the system completes the desorption regeneration process without external heat.

Process principle:

  Organic waste gas is first filtered through dry filtration to remove particulate pollutants, and then enters an adsorption bed for adsorption. The honeycomb shaped activated carbon with a large specific surface area is used to adsorb organic solvents on the surface of the activated carbon. The treated clean gas is then discharged at high altitude through fans and chimneys.

PLC fully automated control, matched with operable touch screen, high human-computer interaction, energy-saving and labor-saving;
Adopting flameless oxidation, safe and efficient, and capable of explosion-proof design;
High performance honeycomb ceramic carrier precious metal catalyst, with high catalytic activity, stable performance, long service life, and low resistance;
High performance activated carbon adsorbent, with a large specific surface area, good adsorption and desorption performance, low air resistance, suitable for use under high air volume;
According to the customer and exhaust gas situation, the adsorption bed can be equipped with a fire protection system (water spray+nitrogen fire protection) to fully ensure the safety of the facilities.

This process and equipment can be widely used for the purification treatment of low concentration organic waste gases generated in industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, paint, coating, furniture, home appliances, printing, etc. The types of organic substances that can be treated include benzene, ketones, esters, alcohols, ethers, and alkanes.
