Process characteristics:

① Using SNP special suspended biological fillers, the system has high sludge concentration and short residence time.

Process Selection

The domestic sewage treatment equipment removes floating and large suspended impurities through a grid and enters the sewage regulation tank. The sewage in the regulation tank is lifted by a lift pump and enters the integrated sewage treatment equipment. The sewage undergoes hydrolysis acidification, biological contact oxidation, sedimentation and other treatment processes in the equipment, and the effluent meets the standard and is discharged into the municipal sewer. The settled sludge generated by the sedimentation tank in the integrated equipment is transported to the sludge tank in the integrated equipment by gas lift. The sludge is concentrated, settled and digested in the sludge tank, and the supernatant is returned to the regulating tank for reprocessing together with the original wastewater. Concentrated sludge is regularly (about once every six months) transported by fecal trucks. 、

The water pump self regulating tank lifts the raw water to the reaction tank. The flocculant is added to the suction pipe (before the pump) and mixed with the impeller in the reaction tank for flocculation.
