——Process flow

Using the biological treatment process of *, based on summarizing the operating experience of domestic and foreign domestic sewage treatment devices, combined with our own scientific research achievements and engineering practice, we have designed an integrated residential sewage treatment device. The design of residential sewage treatment mainly adopts the currently mature biochemical treatment technology, contact oxidation method, which generally consists of six parts: (1) primary sedimentation tank, (2) contact oxidation tank, (3) secondary sedimentation tank, (4) disinfection tank and disinfection device, (5) sludge tank, (6) fan room and fan components. Through the above processes, the sewage can be discharged in compliance with standards.

Process Characteristics

Adopting mature A/O biochemical treatment technology, it has good removal of organic matter in sewage and good denitrification function to meet the requirements of discharge standards;

Has good shock load resistance to adapt to changes in water quality and quantity;

The process adopts pre denitrification. Due to the reaction of organic matter in sewage as a carbon source during the denitrification process, the organic matter is greatly reduced, and the concentration of post biochemical treatment organic matter is reduced;

Adopting a new type of filler, it has fast film hanging, long service life, and fast treatment effect;

Fully consider the possibility of secondary pollution and reduce its impact to a certain extent;

Adopting centralized control and automated operation, it is easy to manage and maintain, and improves system reliability and stability.

The system processing facilities are all located below the ground surface, without occupying any surface area, which can be used for greening and is also conducive to anti freezing.

An adjustable weir is installed on the upper part of the sedimentation tank to regulate the water level of the effluent; The lower part is equipped with a conical sedimentation zone and a sludge air lifting device, with the air source provided by a fan. The sludge is transported to the sludge tank by air lifting.
