The sewage treatment equipment mainly consists of six parts:

1grille

2. Hypoxia pool

3. Biological contact oxidation tank

4. Secondary sedimentation tank

5. Sludge tank

6. Disinfection pool, if a blower is used, a "modular fan room" needs to be added

(1) Grille: Sewage enters the regulating pool before entering the equipment to regulate the quality and quantity of sewage. The effective residence time of the regulating pool is generally 4-8 hours. A grille is installed at the inlet of the regulating pool to intercept large particles and debris in the sewage and ensure the normal operation of the water pump.

(2) Anoxic tank (sludge digestion tank): The anoxic tank is set up for denitrification treatment. The sewage separated by the grid enters the anoxic tank through the sewage pump, and the sludge in the sludge tank also flows back to the anoxic tank. The company's special BOA type biological packing is placed in the anoxic tank as a carrier for denitrifying bacteria. The packing has good removal effects on nitrogen, phosphorus, and sulfides, with a residence time of 2 hours. It is combined with the biological contact oxidation tank in the subsequent process to form an A/O treatment process, thereby achieving the purpose of dephosphorization and denitrification.

(3) Biological contact oxidation tank: divided into two stages, with a total biochemical time of 10 hours. The biological contact oxidation tank uses BOB type biological composite packing, which has a large specific surface area and a processing load of up to 14kgBOD/m3. d, 5-10 times that of general packing. The biochemical tank adopts central gallery membrane type microporous aeration or jet aeration, and the sewage continuously circulates in the biochemical tank, fully contacting the biofilm on the packing to achieve rapid degradation of organic matter

(4) Secondary sedimentation tank: The biochemical wastewater enters the secondary sedimentation tank, which is designed with a surface load of 1.0m3/㎡. hr. The secondary sedimentation tank adopts inclined tube sedimentation, with a large sedimentation area and high sedimentation efficiency, 3-5 times higher than traditional vertical flow sedimentation tanks. The side drilled collection tank has uniform and stable drainage, good effluent effect, and the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank enters the sludge tank by gravity self pressure.

(5) Sludge tank: The sludge tank collects the sludge generated by the sedimentation tank, and some of the sludge is pumped back to the anoxic tank for anaerobic digestion; The excess sludge only needs to be discharged once every 90 days or more (by suction or dewatering with a manure truck to form a sludge cake for external transportation).

(6) Disinfection pool (selection): The standard residence time of the disinfection pool is 30 minutes. If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection time can be increased by 1-1.5 hours. The disinfectant uses commercial grade solution disinfection method, and the specially designed disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the size of the water volume. Generally, the dosage is added once every 10 days.

(7) Modular fan room: The fan room is set up separately and equipped with two rotary fans that can automatically alternate operation. Each fan can run for 50000 hours. The automatic control cabinet, air lift and sludge discharge controller are integrated with the fan room, and the appearance is beautiful.

II——There are two ways to place sewage treatment equipment:

1、 Above the floor level; 2、 Below the floor. The placement requirement is that the average bearing capacity of the foundation is greater than 5t/m2, and the foundation must be horizontal. Small sewage treatment equipment is installed under the floor, and the relative elevation between the foundation and the floor is the same as the height of the equipment. After the small-scale sewage treatment equipment is in place on site, immediately fill the sewage equipment with water to prevent groundwater from floating the equipment. Before using small sewage treatment equipment, it is necessary to check whether the electrical appliances of the equipment system are normal and whether the fan oil meets the requirements until it is qualified.
