GC-2025 is a new generation capillary gas chromatograph designed to reduce environmental load by reducing utility power consumption (such as electricity and carrier gas) while maintaining the basic performance required for capillary analysis.
In addition to designing column furnaces with small capacity and low heat loss, the use of electronic flow controllers for carrier gas and detector gas control can maintain high operability and repeatability while reducing power and gas consumption. Achieved small size and space saving.

Example of power consumption comparison for one cycle analysis
Compared with traditional models, it greatly reduces power costs and achieves GC with low environmental loads.
By reducing the shape of the GC, the heat capacity has been lowered, and the use of high-performance insulation materials in the column temperature box has effectively eliminated heat loss. In addition, it is equipped with energy-saving heaters to further reduce power consumption.
Compared with ordinary GC, the power consumption during temperature rise analysis has been reduced by about 30%. (In actual use, power consumption may vary depending on installation conditions, room temperature, etc.)

Greatly reduces power consumption, so standard plugs (15A) can be used. This device can be used without changing the socket shape of the installation location.
In the analysis room, equipment with a smaller installation area is needed to effectively utilize space. GC-2025 has all the functions required for normal capillary analysis, but saves space.

Comparison of size at the top of GC
The standard configuration includes a split/non split injection unit (SPL), a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), and an electronic flow controller (AFC/APC).

When designing a column box, the shape of commercially available capillary columns should be taken into account. Although it is small, it can be installed with commercially available capillary chromatography columns (column thickness within 9 centimeters).
The GC-2025 uses the high-performance capillary gas chromatograph GC-2010 Plus design to save energy and retain the high fundamental performance required for capillary analysis. We promise to provide highly accurate analysis results and improve productivity.
The FID has a small detection capacity of up to 2 pgC/s and can analyze small amounts of components with high sensitivity.
Use the same electronic flow controller (AFC/APC) as GC-2010 Plus to control the carrier gas and detector gas. This can achieve precise flow control as well as good repeatability and resettability.
