RTP20 automatic seat measurement

The RTP20 is equipped with an integrated TP20 trigger probe, which has the function of an economical dynamic measuring seat, with a larger touch range and stronger flexibility.

The automatic repeatable positioning function of RTP20 allows the integrated TP20 probe to achieve repeated positioning at 168 positions using A-axis and B-axis in increments of 15 °. Each position of the probe only needs to be calibrated once, ensuring * workpiece detection efficiency.

The existing TP20 module offers a range of force and direction sensing options, as well as EM1 and EM2 extension rods that can increase the measurement range. Currently, there are seven types of probe modules available that are suitable for different applications.

Repeatable positioning measuring seat

The movable and repeatable positioning measuring base can place the measuring head in one of 720 positions, so measurements can be taken at multiple angles. The repeatability of the measuring seat allows these positions to be recalled without recalibration, saving operation time and enabling the use of the measuring head at the appropriate angle to obtain accurate results.

Servo measuring seat

The dynamic servo measuring seat provides unlimited angular position, suitable for horizontal measuring arm coordinate measuring machines.
