Renishaw's laser device has high-performance measurement capabilities based on the principle of laser interference, and is as easy to install as traditional steel grating and glass grating.
The RLE system is a zero difference laser interferometry measurement system designed specifically for position feedback applications. Each RLE system includes an RLU laser device and one or two RLD10 emission heads, depending on the specific application requirements.
The RLU laser device is available in two configurations: single axis or dual axis, including a HeNe (helium/neon) laser source, electronic devices for frequency stabilization, fiber optic conduction devices, and axis position feedback electronic devices.
