The segmentation algorithm suitable for certain types of bacteria may not be suitable for other bacteria. Xunshu provides specialized characteristic analysis tools for double circle problems such as antibacterial circle, transparent circle, color changing circle, and growth circle. Strain screening - analysis of morphological variation of bacterial cells
