icountThe series is the fourth generation intelligent colony counter launched by Xunshu Technology in 2013. The newly designed three color LED hybrid light source eliminates the blue bias problem of the previous generation of white LED lighting and can truly restore the color of bacterial colonies. The upper light source is distributed in a 360 degree surround, resulting in a more uniform field of view; The newly designed Crystal Sharp floating dark field has greatly improved the contrast of the dark field, making it more suitable for observing small bacterial colonies.
Icount20 is an enhanced colony counter designed for grassroots microbiology laboratories in the icount series. It not only has a one click intelligent mode,Added dynamic adjustment, deviation estimation, and impurity removal statistics, with a wider applicability.
Fully enclosed lighting
Adopting fully enclosed, wide light strip lighting technology and ergonomic porthole door design, it isolates the interference of ambient light, eliminates the light spot and halo phenomenon formed by stray light refracted in glass culture dishes, and provides * light and shadow conditions for accurate colony counting.

Tri color LED light source
Long life, low power consumption, environmentally friendly three color LED mixed light, restores the true color of bacterial colonies, and eliminates the problem of blue bias in white LED lighting imaging.

One click intelligent mode
Provide 6 one click statistical modules that can accurately segment and count colonies in different culture dishes with just one click, making colony statistics simple and convenient.

Advanced Statistics
Provide two advanced statistical algorithms that can achieve accurate colony counting by setting relevant parameters, suitable for complex petri dish statistical situations.

Impurity removal
Impurities often exist in the process of microbial colony counting, such as unfiltered samples being directly injected into culture dishes, and the presence of insoluble substances, bubbles, agar clots, etc. in the culture medium. Accurate colony counting can be achieved by utilizing the differences in shape, color, and other aspects between impurities and target colonies.

Exclude contaminated areas
For the false statistics in the colony statistics results, the area elimination tool can be used to draw any shape to surround the false statistics area, which can eliminate the colony statistics results in the selected area.

manual measurement
Automatically measure any manually drawn line, angle, or curve and generate measurement results.

data management
The system adopts an open experimental report printing method, which can export statistical information to EXCEL and edit the report format according to industry requirements.
To protect the authenticity and originality of experimental data, the system sets three passwords: program startup password, database password, and administrator password.
