Tri color LED light source
Long life, low power consumption, environmentally friendly three color LED mixed light, restores the true color of bacterial colonies, and eliminates the problem of blue bias in white LED lighting imaging.

Dual wavelength ultraviolet
Built in 254nm ultraviolet lamp can solve the pollution problem caused by the use of colony analyzer * and also meet the needs of ultraviolet mutagenesis.
The dual side 366nm ultraviolet illumination design can excite colony fluorescence, meeting the needs of counting Escherichia coli and observing green fluorescent protein.

Up and down light source scene lighting
Upper light source: 360 degree flexible mixed light illumination, highlighting the color and texture of the colony, making the wrinkles, depressions, and jagged edges of the colony surface more three-dimensional;

Free switching of lighting modes
The system adopts a dual light source design: the upper light source uses a multidimensional large array LED mixed light module, which creates a 360 degree surround diffuse soft light through a flexible light guide plate; The bottom light source adopts Crystal Sharp suspended dark field illumination. The upper and lower light sources can be freely switched, and the brightness can be adjusted according to user needs.

Fully enclosed lighting
Adopting fully enclosed, wide light strip lighting technology and ergonomic porthole door design, it isolates the interference of ambient light, eliminates the light spot and halo phenomenon formed by stray light refracted in glass culture dishes, and provides * light and shadow conditions for accurate colony counting.

Background switching
Suspended dark field is suitable for most culture dishes and can significantly improve the sharpness of images, reflecting tiny deep colonies or impurities. When there are dark colonies in the culture dish, you can switch to a white background to highlight the dark colonies.

Colony count of common petri dishes

Bacterial count
The characteristics of bacterial colonies are extremely rich, such as smooth or wrinkled surfaces, neat or serrated edges, and mutual adhesion, which makes colony statistics extremely difficult. Xunshu's innovative level set fast active contour model can effectively solve the segmentation problem of different types of bacterial images.

Count of mold or actinomycetes
The complex surface texture is a common feature of fungi and actinomycetes, mainly manifested as multiple folds, rough edges, loose or dense hyphae, and different colors in the middle and edges. For this type of colony, Xunshu used the eight chain code contour tracking method and random Hough circle detection method to perform splitting operations on the single level set region, achieving good image segmentation results.

Mold and yeast counts
The food standard requirement for "counting mold and yeast" is to count mold and yeast separately after culturing in Bengal red medium or potato glucose agar medium at 28 ℃. Xunshu "level set multi model search algorithm" can achieve one click statistics of a type of bacteria.

Escherichia coli count
According to the standard for counting coliform bacteria, crystal violet neutral red bile salt agar was used for plate counting of coliform bacteria. The colonies appeared purple red with red bile salt precipitation rings around them. Xunshu's "one click intelligent mode" can complete the counting of coliform bacteria with just one click.

Count of Escherichia coli
According to the standard for counting Escherichia coli, colonies emitting light blue fluorescence on the counting plate are counted under 360 nm to 366 nm wavelength ultraviolet light irradiation in a dark room. The new generation colony analyzer of Xunshu is equipped with a 366nm ultraviolet lamp, which can excite the fluorescence of Escherichia coli for easy observation and counting.

Xunshu addresses the * testing issue on Baird Parker tablets by utilizing optimized statistical algorithms to eliminate interference from transparent circles and achieve accurate colony counting.

Lactic acid bacteria test
The main lactic acid bacteria in the standard are Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Streptococcus.
The "one click intelligent mode" of Xunshu can also achieve accurate counting of the total number of lactic acid bacteria on MRS agar plates.

Grid filter membrane and 3M test piece
When performing colony counting on 3M test strips or filter membranes, traditional image processing methods segment grids rather than colonies. The "Level Set Active Contour Model Based on Morphological Constraints" segmentation algorithm launched by Xunshu Innovation can achieve one click colony counting under grid background.

Spiral petri dish
Designed according to the spiral counting rule of the US FDA, it complies with the entry and exit inspection and quarantine industry standard of the People's Republic of China - "Bacterial Counting Inspection Method for Food and Cosmetics - Spiral Plate Method", and supports the vaccination mode requirements of multiple brands of spiral inoculants, such as SBI in the United States and IUL in Spain.

mold detection

The standard specifies the testing method for the anti mold performance of plastics, and the mold area is generally estimated through visual observation and measurement with a vernier caliper. In order to accurately determine the anti mold performance of plastic products, Xunshu provides a rapid mold growth level assessment tool - anti mold detection. By automatically extracting mold and sample contours, relevant values can be accurately calculated.

Impurity removal statistics

Impurities often exist in the process of microbial colony counting, such as unfiltered food samples directly injected into culture dishes, and the presence of insoluble substances, bubbles, agar clots, etc. in the culture medium. By utilizing the morphological differences between bacterial colonies and impurities, such as size, color, contour, etc., certain conditions can be set to filter out specific impurities.

The system adopts an open experimental report printing method, which can export statistical information to EXCEL and edit the report format according to industry needs.
