Overview

Centralized domestic sewage treatment facilities remove nitrate nitrogen while reducing organic matter concentration, and then flow into an O-grade biological contact oxidation tank for aerobic biochemical reactions. Here, the vast majority of organic pollutants are degraded through microbial assimilation, synthesis, and decomposition. The effluent flows automatically to the secondary sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, and the clear liquid on the sedimentation tank flows into the disinfection tank. After adding chlorine tablets for contact dissolution and disinfection, harmful bacteria in the water are killed and discharged in compliance with standards.

Centralized domestic sewage treatment facilities——Equipment Introduction:

This treatment equipment is specially built for the treatment of domestic sewage. Determination of treatment process: Based on the specific characteristics of domestic sewage, this process adopts the "A/O composite biological contact oxidation" treatment process. This treatment process is easy to operate, manage, and run, with low daily costs and stable effluent.

Underground sewage treatment device: The main structure of the equipment adopts a steel structure integrated combination form, and the layout is fully buried. The operation mode of the equipment is fully automatic and maintenance free operation management.

Design Principles

1) Strictly implement current environmental protection technology standards and specifications, comply with relevant laws, regulations, and emission standards of local environmental protection departments;

2) Select *, reasonable and reliable treatment processes, while ensuring compliance with emission standards, to achieve simple operation, convenient management, small land occupation, low investment, and low operating costs;

3) In order to improve the operation and management level of sewage treatment equipment, PLC fully automatic program control is designed to reduce the labor intensity of operators;

4) In process design, there is great flexibility and adjustability to adapt to the periodic changes in water quantity and quality.

5) Adopting aerobic nitrification process for sludge to reduce the production of excess sludge;

6) Adapt to local conditions, layout reasonably, and effectively utilize space and venue.

Process Introduction

After being collected by the drainage system, domestic sewage from each discharge point enters the grid well of the sewage treatment station to remove floating debris and particulate matter. It then enters the pre settling and regulating tank for settling large particles and homogenization of sewage. The signal is then transmitted through the liquid level control instrument and pumped by the lift pump to the anoxic biological treatment tank to be mixed with the reflux mixture in an anoxic state. Denitrification is carried out using sewage organic matter as a carbon source to remove nitrate nitrogen and reduce organic matter concentration.

On the basis of summarizing the operating experience of domestic and foreign domestic sewage treatment devices, combined with our own scientific research achievements and engineering practice, we have designed an integrated organic wastewater treatment device that combines the removal of BOD5, COD, and NH3-N. It has stable and reliable technical performance, good treatment effect, low investment, automated operation, easy maintenance and operation, does not occupy surface area, does not require building, and does not require heating and insulation. The integrated domestic sewage treatment equipment can be set up underground, and flowers and grass can be planted on the ground without affecting the surrounding environment.

Design processing technology

Process selection: The sewage treated in this project is conventional comprehensive domestic sewage with a BOD/COD value of around 0.5, COD/TN>8。 Therefore, the pre denitrification A/O biological contact oxidation process is adopted, which is simple to operate, has low operating costs, good treatment effects, and stable operation. It is currently a relatively mature domestic sewage treatment process that can effectively ensure that sewage is discharged in compliance with standards.
