Czone8 is a detection type with a fully enclosed dark box, three color LED structured light, 360 degree surround diffuse lighting, crystal sharp suspended dark field, and a 10 megapixel camera paired with a large aperture fixed focus lens, ensuring sharp imaging while meeting software analysis modules for food, medicine, environment, water quality, antibacterial and anti-corrosion purposes. The four tiered system architecture of "system administrator, data administrator, operator, and reviewer" is divided into functions and permissions to ensure the security, integrity, and authenticity of data information.

System administrator: responsible for creating and managing accounts and login passwords for all operators and auditors.

Data administrator: responsible for archive management, sealing, and computer database management of all test data.

Operator: Responsible for testing, self checking, correcting, generating electronic reports, submitting for review, and printing reports on approved documents for culturing dish colonies

Auditor: Responsible for reviewing the test reports submitted by operators.

Improve the statistical accuracy of mixed bacterial colonies

In colony counting, it is common for bacteria, molds, and actinomycetes with different shapes and colors to be mixed in the culture dish, especially mold colonies, which have loose texture and significant color changes at the center and edges. Xunshu is based on a multi-layer level set framework model segmentation algorithm, which can effectively solve the statistical accuracy of mixed bacteria.

The mathematical morphology segmentation method based on topology theory can quickly and accurately segment colonies that are multiple adhered to each other.

Solving Difficult Images - Image Segmentation Algorithm Based on Level Set Active Contour Model

Combining the level set method with the active contour model, the active contour continuously approaches the segmentation target while minimizing the energy functional, until the segmentation is completed when the active contour line stops evolving.

Spiral colony count

The spiral plate counting method conforms to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine industry standard (SN/T 2098-2008) and the US FDA standard, and supports the index mode, slow index mode, uniform mode, proportional mode, lawn mode, etc.

Multi mode measurement technology for Szone inhibition zone

The measurement of the inhibition zone often uses the steel ring double disc method, paper plate method, and agar perforation method. Due to various factors in the experimental process, such as the concentration of antibiotic solution, the quality of the culture medium, the pH value, the age of the test bacteria, and the cultivation time, some of the contours of the inhibition zone formed afterwards are clear, while others have blurred or irregular edges and are accompanied by rupture.

Xunshu provides three algorithms: automatic detection, circle approximation, and three-point circle determination, which can adapt to the rapid measurement of different types of antibacterial zones.

Antibiotic potency determination

The determination of antibiotic potency requires that the edge of the inhibition zone image must be clear. The high-definition fixed focus lens (150LP/mm) configured in zone 8, combined with a 16 megapixel industrial CMOS camera, ensures high-definition digital imaging and lays the foundation for the accuracy of potency determination.

According to the requirements of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for the two dose method, three dose method, and combined calculation, the relative error of repeatability self inspection is less than 0.01%; The relative error of uniformity self-test is less than 0.05%; The accuracy of potency measurement is greater than 99.7%.

Data Administrator (Deputy Senior): Responsible for archive management of all test data and database management of computers. Seal all approved test reports or backup and export original images and test data to ensure data integrity and security.

Operator: Responsible for testing, self checking, correcting, generating electronic reports, submitting for review, and printing reports on approved documents for culturing dish colonies.

Reviewer: Responsible for reviewing the test reports submitted by operators. Verify the data input and processing process, but have no authority to modify it; Review and return the suspicious report, and request the operator to retest it; The report that has been approved will be archived, and neither the auditor nor the operator has the right to delete it again to ensure the originality and authenticity of the data.
