Working Principle:

Vortex concave air flotation consists of an aerator, an air flotation tank body, a scraper, and an electrical control box. The aerator sucks in air at high speed through the motor, generating bubbles. Then, the "microbubbles" are evenly distributed in the sewage through a stainless steel diffuser impeller.

The aerator utilizes the high-speed rotation of the drive impeller to generate centrifugal force, and creates negative pressure around it to draw air or other gases above the water surface into the aeration port, which is then released from the submerged aeration outlet. When bubbles are generated in the small holes of the diffuser impeller, the high-speed rotating impeller will cut the bubbles into small bubble fragments with a diameter of 30-100 microns. The flocculated sewage enters the air flotation tank and mixes with these microbubbles, bringing the suspended solids to the surface. During the process of floating, microbubbles will adhere to suspended solids. After reaching the water surface, the solid suspended solids will be supported and maintained on the water surface by these bubbles. The surface formed floating slag will be scraped into the floating slag tank by a scraper.
