Wiring instructions:

1. Input line

Single phase chemical chlorine dioxide generator source 220V AC line connected to control board terminal L (live wire), N (neutral wire);

The three-phase chemical chlorine dioxide generator source A, B, and C terminals are connected to the live wire, and the N terminal is connected to the neutral wire.

Ground wire: The internal ground wire access point of the chemical chlorine dioxide generator source must be reliably connected to the external ground.
2. Output line

The (+) end marked after the chemical chlorine dioxide generator source is connected to the anode of the chemical chlorine dioxide generator tank, and the (-) end marked is connected to the cathode of the chemical chlorine dioxide generator tank. Be careful not to reverse the polarity.

3. Chemical chlorine dioxide generator tank temperature probe

The temperature probe wire is directly connected to the temperature input terminal (T1) reserved in the chemical chlorine dioxide generator source, regardless of polarity. The length of the temperature probe wire is not sufficient and can be extended on its own.

The negative pressure generated by the water injector during water injection is transmitted to the buffer through a plastic tube and later reaches the reaction chamber. The raw materials are injected into the reaction chamber by a high-precision metering pump, and after sufficient reaction, chlorine dioxide solution and a small amount of CL gas are produced. Maintain a certain working negative pressure in the buffer, at which point the system allows raw materials to enter the reaction chamber. Otherwise, the system will shut down and sound an alarm. Under negative pressure, the raw materials undergo sufficient reaction to produce disinfectant, which enters the buffer and is then dissolved in water through a water sprayer to reach the injection point.

Safety precautions:

1. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble or modify this equipment;

2. After use, maintenance or cleaning, the power plug should be unplugged;

3. Please use a 220V, 10A or above power socket separately, and the socket should be reliably grounded;

4. Do not start or run the machine when it is damaged or malfunctions;

5. Do not place other unrelated chemicals in the equipment room;

6. It is strictly prohibited to use open flames, smoke or use unrelated electrical appliances in equipment rooms;

7. Equipment rooms should avoid high temperatures, strong sunlight exposure, or exposure to rain or freezing;

8. Maintain good ventilation between equipment to prevent explosions caused by gas accumulation under abnormal circumstances.

9. It is strictly prohibited to use waste hydrochloric acid and other waste acids containing organic matter, oil, etc., otherwise it may cause equipment shutdown, corrosion, abnormal operation and other faults.
