Overview
The function of the buried horizontal flow dissolved air flotation machine for large-scale workshop wastewater is as follows: 1. Horizontal air flotation has a high unit flotation capacity and high utilization rate of dissolved air, so it can be used to treat wastewater with very high suspended solids, with a value of up to 20000mg/L. Paper making wastewater with suspended solids content of thousands of mg/L can be easily reused using this equipment. $r$n2、 Can separate floating materials such as algae from 1UM-10UM. $r$n3、 Metal hydroxides with high specific gravity, such as iron, copper, chromium, zinc, etc., can be separated. For example, separating copper containing wastewater with a concentration of hundreds to thousands of mg/L can achieve a concentration of less than 10mg/L with just one air flotation.

Large scale workshop wastewater buried horizontal flow dissolved air flotation machine

In the water supply and drainage treatment process, solid-liquid separation technology is a key project. For the removal of small suspended solids with a specific gravity close to water, air flotation separation technology is a super effective method.

It is a system specifically designed to remove oil, gel like substances, and suspended solids (SS) from industrial and urban wastewater. Vortex concave air flotation adopts the principle of combining mechanical aeration and chemical flocculation to treat various types of wastewater with different water quality. It is an ideal physicochemical equipment for wastewater, with reasonable design, convenient operation, and economical operation. It generates bubbles from air and directly removes solid suspended solids from wastewater.

This system is mainly used for the purification and treatment of industrial wastewater in industries such as papermaking, chemical, printing and dyeing, food, beer, pharmaceuticals, and slaughter.

Winter maintenance methods:

Dissolved air flotation is suitable for treating water with low turbidity, high chromaticity, high organic content, low oil content, low surface active substance content, or rich algae. Compared to other air flotation methods, it has the advantages of high hydraulic load and compact tank body. However, its complex process, high energy consumption, and loud noise from the air compressor also limit its application

1. Check whether the inlet sewage pump and reflux pump of the dissolved air flotation machine are frozen during work every day, including lubrication and oil filling of the water pump, tightness of the packing, sealing of the bottom valve, and oil filling of the air compressor.

2. Check whether the air filter of the air compressor has frozen, in order to determine whether the air compressor is operating normally and whether there are any noises or heating phenomena.

3. Check whether the transmission part and scraper of the slag scraper have hardened or broken in cold conditions to avoid affecting its use.

4. Pay attention to the mixing and storage tanks of coagulants to avoid freezing, and conduct small sample tests frequently.

5. Inspect the valve pipelines of each device to prevent blockage, and place them in the "on" or "off" position as required.

6. When stopping the machine, the water must be drained completely to avoid freezing and blockage

The pollutants in sewage are divided into dissolved organic matter and insoluble substances (i.e. SS). Dissolved organic matter can be converted into non soluble substances under certain conditions. One of the methods of sewage treatment is to add coagulants and flocculants to convert most of the dissolved organic matter into non soluble substances, and then remove all or most of the non soluble substances (i.e. SS) to achieve the purpose of purifying sewage. The main method of removing SS is to use air flotation.

After the chemical addition reaction, the sewage enters the mixing zone of air flotation and comes into contact with the released dissolved air water, causing the flocs to adhere to fine bubbles before entering the air flotation zone. Under the action of buoyancy, flocs float towards the water surface to form floating scum. The clear water in the lower layer flows through the collector to the clear water tank, and a part of it is refluxed for use as dissolved air. The remaining clear water flows out through the overflow port. After the floating slag on the surface of the air flotation tank accumulates to a certain thickness, it is scraped into the sludge tank of the air flotation machine by a scraper and discharged.

Air flotation machines are divided into super efficient shallow air flotation machines, vortex concave air flotation machines, and laminar air flotation machines. Currently, it has applications in water supply, industrial wastewater, and urban sewage treatment. The advantage of air flotation machine is that its solid-liquid separation equipment has low investment and extremely large footprint Small, highly automated, and easy to operate and manage.
