Precautions for daily operation:
1. Check and observe the water level of the dissolved water tank through the observation hole. Ensure that the water level does not submerge the filling layer and affect the effectiveness of gas dissolution; It should not be less than 0.6m to prevent the inclusion of a large amount of undissolved air in the effluent.
2. Pay attention to the condition of the pool surface. If you find that the surface of the debris in the contact area is rough and uneven, and the local water flow is violent, it may be due to a single release being blocked or closed, and it needs to be checked and replaced in a timely manner. If the surface of the floating slag in the separation area is found to be uneven, the pool surface usually protrudes from large bubbles, indicating poor adhesion of bubbles and magazines to flocs, and the dosage needs to be adjusted or the type of coagulant needs to be changed.
3. The decrease in winter water temperature affects the coagulation effect. In addition to taking measures to increase the dosage, the parallel flow dissolved air flotation machine can also increase the water flow rate or pressure, increase the number of microbubbles and their adhesion to the sheet-like material, to compensate for the increase in water viscosity and floating performance caused by the increase in gas and flocs, and ensure water quality.
4. In order not to affect the water quality of the effluent, it is necessary to raise the water level in the tank during slag scraping. Therefore, it is important to accumulate operating experience, summarize the optimal thickness and moisture content of floating slag accumulation, regularly operate the slag scraper to remove floating slag, and establish a slag scraping system that is in line with the actual situation. In general, after the gas dissolution tank is self controlled, the scraper runs every 2-4 hours according to the amount of slag. The movement line of the scraper of the slag scraper should be opposite to the direction of water flow. In order to ensure that the movement speed of the scraper is not greater than the speed of the floating slag overflowing into the slag collection tank, the travel speed of the slag scraper should be controlled at 50-100mm/s.
5. According to the flocculation of the reaction tank and the changes in the floating slag and water quality in the separation area of the air flotation tank of the laminar flow dissolved air flotation machine, the dosage of coagulant should be adjusted in a timely manner. At the same time, the operation of the dosing pipe should be checked regularly to prevent blockage.
