Fully covering the cross-section of AHU. The width and length of the water droplet separator are multiples of 152mm. There are two types of water droplet separators: fiberglass or AISI304 steel filter material, the latter of which is necessary for devices that comply with VDI6022 certification. The pressure drop is very small, and when the wind speed reaches 3.5-4 m/s, it varies from 30 Pa (when dry) to 70 Pa (when wet). The frame of the water droplet separator is usually made of stainless steel and can ensure fast and effective drainage.
water quality requirements
To ensure proper operation, the humiFog multi zone system should use water that has been demineralized (conductivity range 0~50 µ S/cm). To meet water quality requirements, a reverse osmosis system is usually required for treating tap water. The working principle of this system is to transport water to a special filtration membrane, which can only permeate molecules of the same size as water molecules, thereby removing almost all minerals and salts present in the water. Composed of stainless steel manifolds with nozzles, installed in rooms that are humidified or cooled. There are multiple models of this nozzle, which can be installed on only one side or on opposite sides simultaneously. In the distribution system, multiple nozzles are connected in series to form a circuit. The stainless steel manifold is 2450mm long with an outer diameter of 16mm. Each distribution line can be directly connected to the pump station device or controlled by an electromagnetic switch valve. By controlling these solenoid valves, humifog can control the humidification of the distribution system
The quantity can be adjusted step by step to achieve humidification (up to 6 steps).
