Supply negative pressure exhaust deodorization system
It consists of three parts: a sealing system, an exhaust fan, and a deodorization system. Suitable sealing materials and deodorization systems can be used according to the actual working conditions.
Deodorization systems can adopt low-temperature plasma deodorization systems, composite photocatalytic deodorization systems, spray deodorization systems, biological deodorization systems, etc.

The core of the biological filtration purification system is an efficient biological filtration tower, a composite biological packing material that is conducive to biological attachment and growth, and microbial strains. Microorganisms form biofilms on the surface of the composite biological packing material under suitable environmental conditions in the biological filtration tower. The microorganisms in the biofilm use inorganic and organic substances in the exhaust gas as carbon sources and energy sources to maintain their life activities by degrading odorous substances, and decompose odorous substances into odorless substances such as water, carbon dioxide, water, minerals, etc., achieving the goal of purifying odorous gases. Due to the different components of pollutants in wastewater treatment, garbage disposal, and various industrial production processes, the types of microorganisms required for their decomposition and purification are different, and the products after decomposition are also different. Specific pollutant components have specific suitable microbial communities. When the odorous gas mainly contains hydrogen sulfide, autotrophic microorganisms such as oxygen rod sulfur bacteria will oxidize hydrogen sulfide into sulfate ions under certain conditions; When odorous gases contain organic sulfur such as methyl mercaptan, heterotrophic microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, etc. need to first convert organic sulfur into hydrogen sulfide, and then autotrophic microorganisms oxidize hydrogen sulfide into sulfate ions; When the odorous gas contains ammonia, due to its easy hydration, under aerobic conditions, it is converted into nitric acid by the nitrification of ammonia oxidizing bacteria, nitrifying bacteria, and nitrifying bacteria. Under facultative anaerobic conditions, nitrate is reduced to nitrogen by nitrate reducing bacteria.
