Exhaust gas treatment device
It is a device that purifies exhaust gas under the action of a catalyst to reduce environmental pollution. When high-temperature exhaust gas flows through a carrier coated with precious metal materials, harmful substances in the exhaust gas (including CO, HC odor, DPM black smoke) undergo chemical reactions under the action of the catalyst and temperature, converting into non-toxic H2O and CO2.
Chemical production, coating industry, steel manufacturing, paint factory, spray painting workshop, oil fume workshop, catering industry, furniture production, landfill, paper mill, adhesive production, printing industry, gasoline production, petrochemical processing.
1. The black smoke treatment and deodorization effect are obvious, and the opacity is close to zero;
2. The filter core used in the system is a silicon carbide wall flow ceramic filter element, which has a long service life and low operating costs;
3. Intelligent regeneration control system can effectively control regeneration and reduce energy loss;
4. The purification system automatically starts and controls, with simple operation;
5. Only ground ventilation equipment is needed, no chimney device is required;
6. No need to build a dedicated sprinkler room, no secondary pollution is generated;
7. Sturdy structure, enclosed in stainless steel shell;
