The solution for CAREL immersion electrode humidifiers is humiSteam and compactSteam. HumiSteam immersion electrode humidifiers are suitable for installation in indoor environments, offices, hospitals, industrial facilities, steam baths, and more. HumiSteam can be used for direct humidification in rooms through a steam blower, or for air duct humidification through a series of linear steam distributors.

The conductivity range of humiSteam's working water is 75-1250 µ S/CM, and the control program can automatically adjust the operation according to the characteristics of the water, thus achieving a balance between maintenance and the service life of the humidification tank. Basic "(Y) (1.5~65 kg/h) steam production is controlled by an external humidity controller in on/off mode (passive contacts), or through a proportional control mode with external signals (0~10 V, 2~10 V, 0~20 mA, 4~20 mA); Equipped with RS485 communication interface and using Modbus ® communication protocol Xplus (X) (1.5~130 kg/h) has a built-in controller based on pHC technology (pCO technology) and comes with a pGD handheld controller:

• On/off control mode of external humidity controller;

• Proportional control mode of external signals (0~10 V, 2~10 V, 0~20 mA, 4~20 mA);

• Adjust the setting point based on external signals from the BMS network or room humidity sensors, and add restriction sensors in the air duct (if necessary) for adjustment;

• Adjust the readings of sensors based on the set values and temperature sensor readings or signals from the BMS network ("Wellness" type);
