UltimateSAM is a steam distribution system that delivers dry steam evenly and effectively to ducts or air handling units under normal or pressurized conditions. SAM stands for short absorption distance manifold, or alternatively, short absorption distance or dry (even less than 0.5 m) steam distribution system.
The design concept of ultimateSAM is to "customize" air handling units/ducts, with insulated air cushions on the nozzle to reduce heat loss from dry steam (up to 2 ° C/4 ° F), while only forming a very small amount of condensed water. All metal components installed in the air handling unit/duct are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which ensures the hygiene and service life of the product application.

The humidifier with a humidification capacity of 2-10kg/h is equipped with a cylindrical stainless steel humidification bucket, which is easy to disassemble and clean. Humidifiers with large humidification capacity, 20-60kg/h, have a stainless steel humidification bucket with a rectangular base and a large opening (front or top) for easy maintenance without removing the humidification bucket.

Humidifiers with H-type and T-type control modes, equipped with solid-state relays, allow continuous adjustment of steam production from 10% of rated steam production, with very precise control. The humidifier with C-type control mode can operate in an on/off mode;
• The "anti foam" system detects foam to prevent any water drop from releasing together with steam;
H-type control supports a second restriction sensor to prevent the formation of any condensation water in the air duct (more hygienic);
Humidifiers with H-type and T-type control modes have preheating function and can respond quickly to steam production requirements;
Humidifiers with H-type control mode can also control dehumidification equipment.
