　　Process Principle

Coagulants are mainly functional groups with positive (negative) charges that neutralize some particles or particles in water with negative (positive) charges that are difficult to separate, reduce their potential, stabilize them, and use their polymerization properties to concentrate these particles and separate them through physical or chemical methods.

The flocculant dosing device mainly consists of a solution tank, flocculant metering pump, electrical control cabinet, mixer, magnetic flap level gauge, safety valve, back pressure valve, flow calibration column, pulse damper, Y-shaped filter, ball valve, drain valve, pressure gauge, pipeline and accessories, equipment installation cables, equipment base and support platform, etc. Solid flocculant is added to the dissolving tank, and then added to tap water in proportion to stir and dissolve. It is then added to the pipeline mixer or adding point by the flocculant metering pump. The dosing control can be done manually or automatically based on the control signal output by the upper system.
