At the same time, the motor is connected to the eccentric cam through a reduction gear, which converts the rotational motion of the motor into reciprocating motion, thereby driving the diaphragm to suck in and discharge liquid.

As the brain of the entire pump, the main controller can accurately receive and process external input signals, calculate the amount of liquid that needs to be discharged according to production requirements, and achieve precise control of motor speed and liquid slope through the motor control module. In addition, the main controller can also monitor the flow rate, pressure and other parameters of the liquid in real time, and visually display this information to the operator through the display screen.
