　　Process Principle

During natural operation, industrial circulating cooling systems tend to scale or corrode due to the combined effects of factors such as hardness, alkalinity, pH value, concentration ratio, temperature, and environmental temperature of the circulating water. Both of these factors have adverse effects on the safety and operation of the circulating cooling system. In order to suppress scaling or corrosion, it is necessary to manually add corrosion inhibitors or scale inhibitors to the water.

The commonly used corrosion and scale inhibitors include polyphosphates, zinc salts, polycarboxylates, phosphonates, and so on.

　　Process Overview

This dosing device mainly includes four parts: drug solution preparation system, metering and dosing system, safety system, and control system. Solid drugs are added to the dissolving tank, and then diluted with desalinated water or condensed water in proportion to dissolve. They are added to the boiler steam drum by the metering and dosing system. The dosing control can be done manually or automatically based on the control signal output by the upper system.
