BFQ pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery that uses compressed air as the power source, and can pump and absorb all kinds of corrosive liquids. Its performance parameters are similar to imported pumps, and it has been adopted by nearly a thousand domestic units in the petroleum, chemical, electronic, ceramic, and textile systems. It is installed in various special occasions to pump media that cannot be pumped by conventional pumps, and has achieved satisfactory results. It can also be divided into cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, fluoroplastics, etc. according to user requirements.

　　Product Features

·No need for water injection, it can work immersed in the medium, with a suction height of up to 5m, a head of 50m, and an outlet pressure of ≥ 6bar.

·Spacious flow, good passing performance, allowing for particle diameters up to 10mm. When pumping mud and impurities, there is minimal wear on the pump.

·The head and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve (the air pressure can be adjusted between 1-7 bar).

·The pump has no rotating parts and no shaft seal. The diaphragm separates the pumped medium from the moving parts and workpiece medium of the pump, and the conveyed medium will not leak outward.

·The pump has a simple structure and few vulnerable parts, making it easy to install and maintain.

·Can transport viscous liquids (viscosity below 10000 centipoise).

·This pump does not require oil lubrication and has no impact on the pump even when idling, which is the characteristic of this pump.

·Easy to use, reliable in operation, and only requires simple opening and closing of the gas valve for starting and stopping.
