Overview

The boiler phosphate dosing device mainly includes four parts: the liquid dissolution and preparation system, the metering and dosing system, the safety system, and the control system. Solid drugs are added to the dissolving tank, and then diluted with desalinated water or condensed water in proportion to dissolve. They are added to the boiler steam drum by the metering and dosing system. The dosing control can be done manually or automatically based on the control signal output by the upper system.

Boiler phosphate dosing device

  Product Features

The boiler phosphate dosing device is a device used to directly add chemicals to the steam drum. Ensure the steam drum system operates in good condition, prolong the service life of thermal equipment, and guarantee the long-term stable and safe operation of hot water equipment. The boiler phosphate dosing device is generally semi-automatic controlled, but can also be made fully automatic according to user needs. The semi-automatic control structure is automatic operation, without a frequency converter detector. The fully automatic control cabinet has a frequency converter, regulator, detector, etc. The detector can be a fast phosphate ion analyzer or a pH meter. For coordinated phosphate treatment, an R meter is required.

  Process Principle

The hardness of calcium and magnesium in boiler feedwater can undergo chemical reactions or concentrate and crystallize at high temperatures, forming insoluble scale that firmly adheres to the heating surface of the boiler. This scale is a poor conductor of heat and can hinder heat conduction. In severe cases, it can cause boiler tube bursting accidents. In addition, it can also induce and exacerbate metal chemical corrosion under the scale, which is very harmful. Although the boiler condensate and boiler feedwater have undergone strict softening and desalination treatment, there is still a small amount of calcium and magnesium hardness entering the boiler water. If this hardness is not treated, scaling will also pose a threat to the safe operation of the boiler. Currently, adding phosphate to boiler water is a suitable treatment method, and the reaction is as follows:

10Ca2++6PO4+2OH → Ca10 (OH) 2 (PO4) 6 (alkaline phosphate)

Alkaline calcium phosphate is a soft water slag that is easily discharged with boiler discharge and will not adhere to the furnace to form scale.
