1. The working bridge of the peripheral transmission scraper suction machine adopts a truss structure welded with steel sections, with anti-corrosion steel grating walkway boards laid on top. The trusses on both sides of the working bridge also serve as railings, and there are also wire conduit pipes. The work bridge is manufactured in sections according to its length and then connected with high-strength bolts. One end is assembled with the end beam and equipped with a ladder (both ends are equipped with ladders). The other end of the work bridge is hinged to the central support.

2. The driving device installed on the end beam of the peripheral transmission scraper suction machine adopts a parallel axis helical gear reducer (dual drive reducer and motor). And equipped with an over torque protection device, the over torque can be adjusted to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the scraper. The walking wheel is located at the bottom of the driving end beam, with one in the front and one in the back. The walking wheel is made of wear-resistant rubber iron core and directly walks on the concrete pool platform. The drive wheel and reducer shaft are assembled, and a sweeping baffle is installed at the front of the walking wheel (which can clear obstacles such as snow and small stones on the track). Wear resistant rubber iron core wheels should be suitable for long-term operation in outdoor environments, and be durable, not easily aged, and not cracked.

3. The central support and collector device, as well as the central rotary disc, should use a single row four point contact rotary bearing produced by a professional rotary bearing factory, and should have a good sealing device. The central support is installed on the concrete column at the center of the sedimentation tank. The working bridge is connected to the central support using a double hinged connection. The central collecting device of the peripheral transmission scraper suction machine adopts brass brush rings and carbon brushes for collecting electricity. When installing the collecting device, it is necessary to ensure that the slip ring is in a horizontal position and the brush width is within the width range of the slip ring. The two sets of brush holders are symmetrically installed, and the brush holder wires are arranged along the center of the aisle. 4. The scraper combination of the peripheral transmission scraper suction machine consists of a scraper arm, a scraper plate, a pull rod, and a rubber plate. The rubber scraper is fixed on the scraper plate with pressure strips and bolts. The upper part of the scraper arm is hinged and connected to the scraper arm bracket, and the lower part of the scraper arm is connected to the scraper bracket. During operation, the sludge is scraped from the edge of the pool to the collection pit of the pool by the scraper.

5. The stabilizing cylinder of the peripheral transmission scraper suction machine is installed under the working bridge, made of steel plate, with open bottom openings for the upper and lower buckets. It can be assembled on site according to size and divided into blocks. Circular steel plates are used to reinforce the upper and lower ends of the stabilizing cylinder in the surrounding direction

6. The outlet weir type of the sedimentation tank is 90. Triangle weir, made of stainless steel sheet stamping. The height of the outlet weir of the peripheral transmission scraper suction machine can be adjusted up and down to ensure stable horizontal discharge.

7. The skimming device consists of a scraper plate, a scum scraper and bracket, a scraper rake, and a scum hopper. The scraper plate is made by bending steel plates to ensure the strength of the scraper. A circle of floating debris baffle is fixed vertically on the inner side of the outlet weir plate with a Z-shaped bracket. A part of the floating slag baffle is submerged in the water surface, while the other part is exposed, which can block the floating slag on the water surface. When the scraper is running, the skim plate can collect and concentrate the floating slag on the water surface, and then use the scraper rake to scrape it to the slag hopper and discharge it outside the pool.

8. The control box of the peripheral transmission scraper suction machine is equipped with a PLC control interface and an electrical overload protection device. When there is significant resistance or a malfunction occurs, an alarm will be promptly triggered and the machine will automatically shut down immediately.

Working process:

1. Each suction pipe is equipped with a regulator at the upper end to adjust the flow distribution of each suction pipe. At the same time, the floating slag on the liquid surface concentrates in the gradually shrinking area formed by the skimming plate rotating with the main beam and the surrounding floating slag baffle, until its closed edge - the scraper swing arm. When the swing arm reaches the slag hopper, it is scraped to the mud hopper by the scraper plate on the swing arm.

2. The driving device drives the main beam of the equipment Rotating along the central axis of the circular pool, the sludge scraper collects the sediment at the bottom of the pool and sends it to various suction ports of the equipment. Due to the power brought by the liquid level difference, the sludge is discharged into the sludge pit through the suction port, sludge conveying tank, siphon, central sludge tank, and central sludge discharge pipe.

The machine is a center support double (single) peripheral transmission, which has a large transmission torque and energy saving. Adopting central water inlet and sludge discharge, peripheral drainage to ensure uniform water flow, and utilizing liquid level difference for self-priming sludge discharge. Equipped with overload protection device, it can be networked with a microcomputer for control.
