A. Instrument principle

The instrument uses a combination of dedicated chromatography columns, central cutting and blowback techniques, and a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) for the detection of total hydrocarbons, methane, and benzene derivatives. The samples are kept at 180 ℃ throughout the entire process, filtered and collected into a quantitative loop. After switching the injection valve, the samples are separated in the chromatography column under the drive of the carrier gas. The total hydrocarbons in the pipeline are detected by the FID detector, while the sample gas and methane in the second pipeline are separated from the PQ chromatographic column and enter the 5A chromatographic column. After switching the valve position, the hydrocarbons are blown back, and methane is detected by the FID detector. The third sample of benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, etc. was separated in a capillary column and detected by a FID detector. After switching the valve position, the heavy hydrocarbon components were blown back and released.

B. Instrument features

The analysis method is consistent with the standard method, and GC-FID method is used for detection;

Full process high-temperature heat tracing sample transmission and high-temperature FID detection to avoid adsorption and condensation of high boiling point VOCs, resulting in more accurate measurements;

Continuous operation without maintenance design, automatic cycle operation upon startup, truly online analysis;

Full process flow path insulation design, no water condensation, avoiding component corrosion and degradation, suitable for high temperature/high humidity/corrosive working conditions;

Simultaneous online detection of total hydrocarbons, methane, benzene, toluene, xylene and other components;
