A. Instrument principle

The instrument adopts a combination of dedicated chromatography columns, center cutting and blowback technology, and hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID)After the detection of benzene derivatives and the collection of samples in the quantitative loop, the injection valve is switched. Under the drive of the carrier gas, the samples enter the chromatographic column for separation. Among them, benzene, toluene, xylene, and ethylbenzene enter the analytical column for separation after passing through the pre columnFIDThe detector detected that after switching the valve position, the heavy hydrocarbon components were blown back and vented.

B. Instrument features

Using center cutting and back blowing technology to directly measure benzene, toluene, and xylene;

Using a dedicated chromatographic column combination, with no residue and high sensitivity;

The instrument has a power on self-test function, gas cut-off protection function, automatic restart function upon power failure, and alarm function to ensure system safety and stability;
