The total phosphorus water quality online automatic monitoring instrument is a fully automatic online monitoring instrument launched by Tianjin Tongyang Technology Development Co., Ltd. based on years of research on water quality analysis products. Polyphosphate and other phosphorus containing compounds in water hydrolyze under acidic conditions of high temperature and high pressure to generate phosphate ions. For other difficult to oxidize phosphorus compounds, they are oxidized to phosphate ions by strong oxidants. Phosphate ions in a strong acid solution containing molybdate generate an antimony compound, which is reduced to blue molybdate by a reducing agent, forming a blue complex. Within the measurement range of the instrument, the degree of color change is proportional to the total phosphorus concentration in the sample. Therefore, by measuring the degree of color change using the photoelectric colorimetric method, the concentration of total phosphorus in the sample can be calculated.
