The OS-T12 automatic transformer oil oxidation stability tester is a petroleum product testing instrument manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of SH/T 0206 "Determination of Transformer Oil Oxidation Stability", which is the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC 1125-1992. It is suitable for determining the oxidation stability of transformer oil. Also applicable to ASTM D2440《ASTM D2440 - 99(2004)Standard Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Mineral Insulating Oil The standard test method for oxidative stability of mineral insulating oils is applicable for determining the oxidative stability of insulating oils.

Structure and Characteristics
1. This testing instrument mainly consists of three parts: a constant temperature bath, a gas supply system, and a control box. A precision flow meter and gas supply connector imported from Japan are installed above the constant temperature bath, and an electrical control box is located at the top. The constant temperature bath body is made of imported stainless steel material.
2. Heating and stirring device: The two heating and stirring heads of this tester are installed together on a flat plate. During maintenance, simply remove the fixing screws of the plate to easily remove it from the constant temperature bath.
3. Accurate and stable flow control: The continuous working time of the transformer oil oxidation stability tester is up to 164 hours, and its oxidation flow control accuracy is required to be very high. During this period, there are also changes in day and night temperatures. Therefore, the control accuracy and stability of the flow rate are the key to this tester. The stabilizing device designed by our company ensures stability during initial pressure or environmental temperature changes, while the imported precision flowmeter and precision needle valve ensure its testing accuracy.
4. Microcomputer control has:

b) Automatic shutdown protection function for power and gas outages;
