Brinell scanning technology is used to measure the low-temperature pumping performance and gel index of new oil, smoke and highly oxidized engine oil by continuously recording the viscosity values in a large temperature range (+20 ° C to -70 ° C). Complies with standard testing methods such as ASTM D5133, D7110, SH/T0732, and GB/T 11121, and is an ASTM D5133 instrument.
Working principle: measure the low-temperature pumpability and gel index of unused and highly oxidized engine oil by slowly and continuously lowering the measurement temperature, and record the two values simultaneously. If the gel index is higher than 12, the engine will fail under certain cooling conditions. This instrument can measure the lubricant gel index.

SB+2: Using a traditional liquid bath, two viscometers can be installed simultaneously. In addition to scanning methods, viscosity (ASTM D2983), kinematic viscosity (ASTM D445), pour point (ASTM D97), and MRV-TP1 (ASTM D4684) can also be performed.
