principle

Heparin immunoaffinity column can specifically purify lactoferrin in samples. After sample pretreatment, lactoferrin is purified by immunoaffinity column, and lactoferrin is specifically adsorbed on the affinity column. Impurities on the immunoaffinity column are removed by eluent, and the eluent is separated from the lactoferrin affinity column by passing through the separation column. Then, the eluent is injected into HPLC or LC-MS for determination.
