Overview:
Extract the * from the sample according to the extraction method described in the manual. Dilute the extraction solution with buffer, centrifuge, filter the supernatant, and slowly let the filtrate flow through EASI-EXTRACT ® FOLIC ACID * affinity column. In EASI-EXTRACT ® On the FOLIC ACID * affinity column, antibodies bind to vitamins in the sample extract. Afterwards, wash the column to remove unbound pigments, and then use 100% methanol solution to wash off the bound * on the affinity column. Evaporate and dry remove the liquid, dissolve it in TFA trifluoroacetic acid, and then inject it into HPLC or LC-MS/MS system for detection.
