Governance methods:
1. Condensation recovery method: Organic waste gas is directly introduced into a condenser for adsorption, absorption, desorption, and separation, which can recover valuable organic compounds. This method is suitable for working conditions with high organic waste gas concentration, low temperature, and low air volume, requiring auxiliary refrigeration equipment. It is mainly used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and is less commonly used by printing enterprises.
2. Adsorption method:
(1) Direct adsorption method: Organic waste gas can be purified with a purification rate of over 95% by adsorption with activated carbon. The equipment is simple and the investment is small, but the replacement of activated carbon is frequent, which increases the work procedures such as loading and unloading, transportation, and replacement, resulting in increased operating costs.
(2) Adsorption recovery method: Fiber activated carbon is used to adsorb organic waste gas, and after approaching saturation, superheated steam is used to blow back for desorption regeneration; This law requires the provision of necessary steam volume.
(3) Adsorption catalytic combustion method: This method combines the advantages of adsorption and catalytic combustion methods, using a new type of adsorption material (honeycomb activated carbon) for adsorption. After approaching drinking water, hot air is introduced for desorption and desorption. After desorption, the exhaust gas is introduced into the catalytic combustion bed for flameless combustion, which is purified. The hot gas is recycled in the system, greatly reducing energy consumption. This method has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, low investment, low operating costs, and convenient maintenance, and is suitable for the treatment of high air volume and low concentration waste gas. It is currently a mature and practical method for treating organic waste gas in China.
3. Direct combustion method: using auxiliary fuels such as gas or fuel to burn, heating the mixed gas, and decomposing harmful substances into harmless substances under high temperature; This method has a simple process and low investment, and is suitable for high concentration and low air volume waste gas, but it requires high safety technology and operation requirements.
4. Catalytic combustion method: Heating exhaust gas and converting it into harmless and odorless carbon dioxide and water through catalytic combustion; This method has low ignition temperature, energy saving, high purification rate, easy operation, small footprint, and large investment, and is suitable for high temperature or high concentration organic waste gas.
5. Absorption method: Generally, physical absorption is used, which involves introducing exhaust gas into an absorption liquid for purification. After the absorption liquid is saturated, it is heated, analyzed, and condensed for recovery; This method is applicable to exhaust gases with high gas volume, low temperature, and low concentration, but requires the installation of a heating analysis and recovery device, which has a large equipment volume and high investment.
6. Nano micro electrolysis oxidation method: Nano micro electrolysis purification technology uses piezoelectric materials processed at the nanoscale. Under certain humidity conditions, the micro electrolysis electric field can generate electrical adsorption of nano micro electrolysis materials and release a large number of hydroxyl negative ions to purify aerobic pollutants in the gas. It can not only remove most of the organic matter in the air, but also analyze inorganic odors such as ammonia nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide.
7. Thermal combustion method: Using a regenerative thermal oxidation furnace RTO to treat organic waste gas can achieve a dual effect of high efficiency and energy saving. Suitable for a wide range of organic waste gas treatment and high treatment efficiency. RTO equipment is currently widely used in industries such as coating, printing, spraying, and pharmaceuticals.
