Summary
The AD-2S automatic double tube petroleum product distillation tester is a high-tech product developed by our company. The instrument not only has the characteristics of simple operation and good repeatability, but also can perform two sets of experiments simultaneously. Due to the use of an internal compressor cooler, the entire instrument structure is reasonable and compact. The full-color touch screen operation panel has a color display interface, which not only enables the entire experimental process to be fully automated, but also the large LCD screen can clearly display the distillation range curve and experimental data.

This tester is suitable for testing oil products of categories 1-4 as specified in ASTM D86, as well as benzene distillation tests as specified in ASTM D850 and ASTM D1078, and crude oil distillation tests as specified in ASTM D2892.

(8) The sample for the 10% residual oil and carbon test can be obtained with just one distillation;
(9) The automatic dry spot detection device can automatically detect dry spots;
(10) This testing instrument is equipped with a standard output port (RS-232C) for inputting data into a microcomputer, which is beneficial for laboratory networked quality management;
(11) This instrument uses a temperature correction circuit processed by software, allowing users to perform temperature correction simply and correctly.

(20) End of experiment notification: After the experiment is completed, the buzzer will sound for 5 minutes (10 seconds), and then cool down for 10 minutes before the printer prints out the test conditions and data.
(21) Abnormal situation indicates that the alarm sounds and the display screen shows the fault content.
