The LWY series turbine flowmeter has the characteristics of simple structure, lightweight, high accuracy, good repeatability, sensitive response, and easy installation, maintenance, and use.
Typical applications include water, diesel, methanol, and other non impurity and non corrosive liquids. When paired with display instruments with special functions, it can also perform quantitative control and over limit alarm, making it an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy conservation.

working principle
The fluid flows through the sensor housing, and the blades of the dry impeller have a certain angle with the flow direction. The impulse of the fluid causes the blades to have a rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance, the blades rotate. After the torque is balanced, the speed is stable. Under certain conditions, the speed is proportional to the flow rate. Due to the magnetic conductivity of the blades, they are in the magnetic field of the signal detector (composed of magnetic steel and coils). The rotating blades cut the magnetic field lines and periodically change the magnetic flux of the coil, causing electrical pulse signals to be induced at both ends of the coil. This signal is amplified and shaped by an amplifier to form a continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude, which can be transmitted to the display instrument remotely to display the instantaneous flow rate or total amount of the fluid.
Within a certain flow range, the pulse frequency f is proportional to the fluid flowing through the sensor (instantaneous flow rate Q), and the flow calculation formula is:

Overview


The LWQ series gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation of high-precision and high reliability gas precision measuring instrument that integrates temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and intelligent flow integrators. It has been independently developed by drawing on domestic and foreign flow instrument technology and optimizing design, and integrating theories of gas mechanics, fluid mechanics, electromagnetics, etc. It has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure metering performance, multiple signal output modes, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances, and is widely used for metering gases such as natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gas.

Adopting a new type of sensor, it has low starting flow rate, small pressure loss, good anti vibration and anti pulsating flow performance, is not easy to corrode, has good reliability, and has a long service life.
Adopting a new type of microprocessor and high-performance integrated chips, it has high computational accuracy, powerful overall functions, and high performance.
The micro power consumption used has low overall power consumption. It can operate on both internal battery power for a long time and external power supply.
According to the flow frequency signal, the instrument coefficient can be automatically linearly corrected in eight segments, which can improve the calculation accuracy of the instrument according to user needs.
Adopting EEPROM data storage technology, it has the function of storing and querying historical data, and three historical data recording methods are available for users to choose from.
The flowmeter head can rotate 180 degrees, making installation and use simple and convenient.
High precision, generally up to ± 1.5% R and ± 1.0% R0.
Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%~0.2%. It is precisely because of its good repeatability that flow meters are preferred for trade settlement
