Principle and Structure

The main measuring components of the flowmeter are a vertically installed lower small upper large conical glass tube and a float that can move up and down inside the tube.When the fluid flows from belowWhen flowing through a conical glass tube, a pressure difference is generated between the upper and lower parts of the float, and the float rises under this pressure difference. When the upward force equals the buoyancy and viscous lift acting on the float and the weight of the float, the float is in an equilibrium position. Therefore, there is a certain proportional relationship between the fluid flow rate flowing through the flowmeter and the rising height of the float, that is, the flow area of the flowmeter. The position height of the float can be used as a measure of flow rate.

The all stainless steel overcurrent material can be selected as 316L stainless steel, with models LZB-2~10B0, which needs to be customized.

DN2~10 uses PTFE base, DN15~100 uses cast iron flange lined with PTFE, model LZB - mouth F;
If stainless steel flange liner PTFE is to be used for DN15~100, it should be all stainless steel corrosion-resistant type. The model is LZB mouth F/B, which needs to be customized;
The anti-corrosion float adopts agate balls or PTFE, and the sealing ring is made of fluororubber;
DN4, 6,10 newly developed PVDF base corrosion-resistant type, which can be equipped with regulating valve.
