Usage:

Firstly, lift the coupling joint between the motor and the crushing rod upwards so that the crushing rod can be removed. Take out the crushing cup and add the desired substance and solution to the crushing cup. Install the cup and rod as they are (with the lower end of the rod aligned with the axis) and cover the cup tightly. Check the timer knob and turn it to the ON (normally open) position or the desired time position. Turn the speed control knob counterclockwise to the low position, turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light will be on, and then turn the speed control knob clockwise to the desired speed for mixing. Medium and low speeds are sufficient. When crushing plants, choose high speed. There is noise when crushing at high speed. When changing the solution, choose high speed. After cutting off the power, repeat the above operation.

Notes:

This machine adopts a three eye safety socket. Before use, the ground wire must be connected properly. When working, the machine should be placed on a flat and solid table to prevent vibration. When crushing at high speed, the cup cover should be held down by hand. When it is difficult to slide the connecting shaft up and down, one to two drops of engine oil should be injected to lubricate it. It is forbidden to crush hard materials such as bones and minerals. This machine uses a series motor, and its carbon brush is generally used for about 500 hours. It should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid the phenomenon of the commutator being worn out due to the polishing of the carbon brush. After the machine is completed, the crushing cup should be washed and inverted before installation, and placed in a dry and ventilated place
