The articulated probe holder provides bidirectional+/-180 ° rotation, allowing for operation at a step angle of 5 °, enabling the probe to reach 5184 different angular positions. It can also be configured to directly connect SPECTRUM and XDT for measuring general prismatic features. CAA (Computer Aided Precision Correction) ensures computer-aided error compensation for dynamic deformation of machines.
