The CQB type magnetic drive pump is a new type of leak free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s, and it is a supplement and improvement to the CQ type pump. The main features of this pump are that the overcurrent part is made of all stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkalis, neutral solutions, and various gases. The double spiral groove carbon graphite bearings and hard alloy shaft sleeves have strong wear resistance, ensuring the service life of the product and making it an ideal pump for leak free transportation of corrosive media. The ideal pump type for leak free transportation of corrosive media, optimized by the national magnetic pump joint design, can directly replace the IH type chemical process pump.

The rate of the pump reaches 50-55%, and the design process of the pump fully considers energy saving.

CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpInstallation and Usage
1. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpIt should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipeline valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpBefore use, a check should be conducted to ensure that the motor blades rotate smoothly without any jamming or abnormal noise, and that all fasteners are tightened.
4. Check if the motor rotation direction matches the magnetic pump direction mark *.
5. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve and adjust it to the desired opening after the pump enters normal operation.
6. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpBefore stopping work, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.
CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpPrecautions for use
1. Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, idle running is prohibited, while avoiding spatiotemporal load running caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.
2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpThe ambient temperature during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75 ℃.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table for details). The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is less than 60 ℃, the operating temperature of metal pumps is less than 100 ℃, the conveying suction pressure is not greater than 0.2mpa, the maximum working pressure is 1.6mpa, the density is not greater than 1600kg/m3, the particle size is not greater than 30 × 10-6m2/s, and the liquid does not contain hard particles and fibers.
5. For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.
6Magnetic driven pumpAfter 100 hours of operation, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
7. CQB typeMagnetic driven pumpThe internal and external magnetic couplings are made of high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following components. Please keep the following components at a distance from this series of pumps. Such as pacemakers, as well as other magnetic cards, calculators, computer disks, watches, etc.
