The FJX series forced circulation pump is a high flow, low head axial flow pump. The FJX type forced circulation pump is manufactured according to universal standards, which is efficient, energy-saving, and easy to maintain. It is suitable for evaporation, concentration, and cooling in industries such as diaphragm caustic soda, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, papermaking, and wastewater. To improve equipment production capacity and increase the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger, it is used for forced circulation.

3. Consider the flow direction of the pump medium to be vertically downward and horizontally outward. The significant impact of water flow force on the pump shaft requires the installation of a pump shaft sleeve protective device inside the pump body. By transferring the diving force of the medium to the pump body, the stable operation of the pump is ensured, greatly reducing the impact of the medium on the mechanical seal force and extending the service life of the mechanical seal. The improvement of this structure has taken a significant step forward among similar products in China. In addition, the pump body adopts integral casting with good rigidity, and the intermediate support structure is stably connected.
4. The bearing box is a square large-span heavy-duty structure with good stability, strong load-bearing capacity, and reliable operation. Compared with similar domestic products, it is easy and accurate to install (the original domestic bearing box was a split type). Radial short cylindrical bearings and heavy-duty paired bearings are used at the front and rear ends respectively. All of its bearings are made of NSK (SKF) or high-quality domestic bearings.
5. Sealed shaft *, using a combination of secondary impeller power seal and Bergman quick installation double end mechanical seal, with external cooling flushing water to improve the working conditions of the shaft seal and prolong the service life of the mechanical seal. The outer circle of the shaft sleeve is enlarged, and compared with similar domestic products, the wall thickness is thickened and the deformation is small.
